10/10 service. Amazing. Highly recommend. I realise at 6.45am on Monday morning my hot water system is broken. I call the service at 8.00am. Before 10am I have had one service person at my property confirming that I need a new hot water system. A second person arrived with the hot water system for installation and everything was sorted by 11.45am the same morning. This was superior service. Thank you. Melissa F

I’ve used these guys a couple of times and they don’t disappoint. Fast, fair and professional. Yesterday my boiler died. By this afternoon I was having a hot shower. What’s not to like?

We received a huge water bill, showing we were losing more than 1,000 litres of water a day. Called Kelly’s and they sent us a plumber within an hour. He solved it in 5 minutes and did not charge us. I just love working with these guys, they are quick, professional and genuinely there to help their clients when they are in trouble. Thanks Kelly’s!

A very BIG thank you for the amazing service. Our hot water system broke and Kelly came to our rescue and within a couple of hours of calling we had a team on site to install a new system. Outstanding service from the call being taken to the system installed, thank you. Highly recommend this company as we have always had a great service.

I had a fast response when Zac came over and quickly identified the problem with the control valve. Although he didn’t have the necessary part in stock, he returned the same day to fix the issue. Me and my folks have used Kelly’s Hot Water Gas and Air a few times over the last decade or so for various things. Always genuine, professional and friendly. Definitely recommend to call Kelly’s first and also save them to your phone under plumber, so in an emergency you know who to call! With 20 years in Business they must be doing something right!

Geoff at Kelly’s is so approachable and accommodating. Friendly professional service provided by not only Geoff but his staff. I have had two houses fitted with gas facilities and appliances and have never had any issues or problems. Very well priced and quotes always offered and supplied. I can’t recommend Kelly’s highly enough! Don’t even hesitate to give them a call.

What can I say, absolutely amazing service. We had Geoff out many moons ago when Kelly’s was new to Mandurah. I was so impressed with the respect he showed in our home, by putting booties over his shoes to come in the house. Well nothing has changed! We had a water leak, and Lisa pointed me in the right direction with a leak detector person and then Regan, their son, came and fixed the leak the same day. When I found out that my Mum had an issue with her hot water system, Kelly’s was my first call. Despite being fully booked and short staffed, within a matter of hours Zac came out, identified the issue, replaced the faulty part, and had the hot water back up and running. I fully commend Kelly’s Hot Water, Gas & Air Service. Had to have them out due to a failure in our Gas Hot Water System and they were prompt and very efficient. Thanks to Andrea in the office who kept us informed and Regan for the workmanship on site.

We had sold a rental property and 2 days from settlement I found the hot water system not working. Rang at lunchtime and Tim arrived earlier than I was told. He quickly diagnosed the issue which necessitated a replacement unit. Lisa in the office was able to rearrange Tim’s schedule to enable the install that afternoon. He was very particular in how the job was done. Workmanship was first class. Highly recommend these guys.

3 year old instant hot water system sprung a leak on the heat exchanger, Andrea and her team and the manufacturer came to the rescue with a new unit. Excellent workmanship cannot fault the installation.

Feared our gas water heater had finally given up the ghost, but a cleaned water filter later and the water pressure is better than it ever was! Knowledgeable serviceman, answered all our questions about the pros and cons of future replacement. Top Notch service from Kelly’s, cannot recommend highly enough…

I had a gas hot water heater stop working on Friday, they came out to look at it, I knew it needed replacing and they had it replaced and working by that afternoon. Great service, nice people to deal with and couldn’t ask for better service. Price was on point too. Recommend them if you need a plumber. Thanks guys!
