Tim and his offsider were very professional by calling to notify of their arrival, which was earlier than expected. Very fast at servicing and also repairing my evaporative air con and had to order some parts for it and they are already to go next Monday. They also fixed a tap mixer in the bathroom. Hot water system stopped working. I called, made a booking. Kelly’s team members turned up on time, polite and professional. I thought it was the element but it was another item, just a switch, much simpler job. They also replaced the sacrificial anode and some valve thing but checked with me first, no hard sell. Once again can’t thank the team at Kelly’s Hot Water Gas and Air for their prompt response on checking out our hot water system on a Friday morning. New system installed and functioning by 3pm. Zach as usual friendly and fully professional in making sure we had hot showers for the weekend.

I had a gas hot water heater stop working on Friday, they came out to look at it, I knew it needed replacing and they had it replaced and working by that arvo. Awesome company to deal with! Our hot water system died on Sunday and I contacted Andrea at Kelly’s Hot Water first thing Monday. Andrea sent me a quotation a short time later on Monday morning and after swapping a few jobs we had our new Rheem water heater installed this afternoon (Monday) The installer Regan was friendly and knew what he was doing and we couldn’t be more happy with the service received from the staff at Kelly’s Hot Water. We had some advice from Kelly’s a few years ago and our dealings were excellent then. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kelly’s Hot Water. Well done team…John

When I found out that my Mum had an issue with her hot water system, Kelly’s was my first call. Despite being fully booked and short staffed, within a matter of hours Zac came out, identified the issue, replaced the faulty part, and had the hot water back up and running. Very happy with the quote that I received for an instant hot water 20 liter gas system and the work that was carried out. Very professional, also very friendly. Neat and tidy job, even repaired a few other little bits on my plumbing. I highly recommend.

We had sold a rental property and 2 days from settlement I found the hot water system not working. Rang at lunchtime and Tim arrived earlier than I was told. He quickly diagnosed the issue which necessitated a replacement unit. Lisa in the office was able to rearrange Tim’s schedule to enable the install that afternoon. Me and my folks have used Kelly’s Hot Water Gas and Air a few times over the last decade or so for various things. Always genuine, professional and friendly. Definitely recommend calling Kelly’s first and also save them to your phone under plumber – so in an emergency you know who to call! With 20 years in business they must be doing something right!

2025- Have to update my review as we needed to call Kelly’s again. This time our hot water system started leaking. They came and saw us, answered all my many questions and installed a new system in just a few days. As always helpful, knowledgeable and a great price. 2024 – From start to finish the team at Kelly’s were informative and wonderful. We had Zac come out as our old taps seemed to be leaking. He checked them all over and sourced the filters needed (not typical size as I’ve had issues with other taps). Zac returned and fixed all our leaking shower taps and also installed a new outside water tap. Informative, helpful, well priced, family business, friendly staff. All boxes ticked!

3 year old instant hot water system sprung a leak on the heat exchanger, Andrea and her team and the manufacturer came to the rescue with a new unit. Excellent workmanship cannot fault the installation.

Kellys Plumbing are an outstanding, professional organisation. We just had a leaking pipe under our paved driveway. I dug up the sand and they were on site within an hour of making the call. I spoke to Lisa and she moved heaven and earth to accommodate us. Ian was the plumber on site, he was quick, professional and polite. This is the second time Kelly’s Plumbing have reacted to urgent plumbing issues to our house and have provided a 100% solution that day both times. Considering this was an hour turnaround from making the call, the price was more than reasonable, bordering cheap. I cannot recommend Kelly’s Plumbing enough.

Had Zac come out to our holiday home in Rockingham during the week. Great bloke and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it with a minimum of fuss. The whole experience from start to finish was pleasurable and efficient. Would recommend Kelly’s to anyone needing their services. Very happy.

Get three quotes then go with Kelly’s. Kelly’s sponsored our bowling club so I wanted to give them a go. I like companies that put back into the community. I needed to replace an old storage water heater with an instantaneous hot water system. To be on the safe side I got three quotes, all providing the same unit. Kelly’s was the best by a long way. And I do mean a long way. Literally hundreds of dollars. Each company said I would need a new gas pipe. Two said they would run it alongside the wall. Kelly’s came and pulled up a few bricks and buried it. No extra charge. All up, totally brilliant. Highly recommended. I like having hot showers again. Thanks guys.
