Our Hot Water System died so I called Kelly’s and they were out to us within the hour to check to see if it could be fixed.. unfortunately it was beyond repair (15 years old) so they gave me 3 options (to suit all budgets!) The system was replaced and we have hot water again! The workmanship was impeccable, same with the customer service, including follow up messages.. Hot Water system stopped working. I called, made a booking. Kelly’s team members turned up on time, polite and professional. I thought it was the element but it was another item, just a switch, much simpler job. They also replaced the sacrificial anode and some valve thing but checked with me first, no hard sell. The boys from Kelly’s hot water, were friendly and knowledgeable. They came on the day we called. We had to change systems as ours was broken and no longer compliant in the position it was in. We were provided with quotes on all options and positions available, for a new system, on Thursday and after we had chosen a system it was installed on Monday, they even provided a temporary small unit for the weekend. After our hot water cylinder carked it late on a Friday afternoon recently these guys came to our rescue! They were at our place within minutes to install a temporary electric hot water system so we could at least shower over the weekend until they could replace the whole system the following week. A very thorough job, not only to replace the gas cylinder but also all the old pipework, regulator, gas bottle chains etc that were no longer up to spec. Get three quotes then go with Kelly’s. Kelly’s sponsored our bowling club so I wanted to give them a go. I like companies that put back into the community. I needed to replace an old storage water heater with an instantaneous hot water system. To be on the safe side I got three quotes, all providing the same unit. Kelly’s was the best by a long way. And I do mean a long way. Literally hundreds of dollars. Each company said I would need a new gas pipe. Two said they would run it alongside the wall. Kelly’s came and pulled up a few bricks and buried it. No extra charge. All up, totally brilliant. Highly recommended. I like having hot showers again. Thanks guys.
Roughly 2 years ago we had Kelly’s Hot Water supply install a new hot water unit. They did an excellent job. About a month ago we had a new underslung sink with a new tap. the existing pipe work & waste pipes took up a heap of room in the cupboard. I rang Kelly’s to see if the could sort it for us, without hesitation the answers was yes. One of their tradesmen came around to have a look, his reaction was that yes we can do it and I will be back tomorrow with the parts I need to sort your problem. Sure enough Tim came back as promised and a couple of hours later he had finished. What a great job he did, we now have a lot more room in the cupboard and a very neat set of pipe work. Thank you Kelly’s & Tim for a job very well done. If we ever need plumbing done again Kelly’s will be the first number we ring.

I’ve used these guys a couple of times and they don’t disappoint. Fast, fair and professional. Yesterday my boiler died. By this afternoon I was having a hot shower. What’s not to like?
We received a huge water bill, showing we were losing more than 1,000 litres of water a day. Called Kelly’s and they sent us a plumber within an hour. He solved it in 5 minutes and did not charge us. 2025- Have to update my review as we needed to call Kelly’s again. This time our hot water system started leaking. They came and saw us, answered all my many questions and installed a new system in just a few days. As always helpful, knowledgeable and a great price. 2024, From start to finish the team at Kelly’s were informative and wonderful. We had Zac come out as our old taps seemed to be leaking. He checked them all over and sourced the filters needed (not typical size as I’ve had issues with other taps) Zac returned and fixed all our leaking shower taps and also installed a new outside water tap. Informative, helpful, well priced, family business, friendly staff. All boxes ticked!

Andrea sent me a quotation a short time later on Monday morning and after swapping a few jobs we had our new Rheem water heater installed this afternoon (Monday) The installer Regan was friendly and knew what he was doing and we couldn’t be more happy with the service received from the staff at Kelly’s Hot Water. What can I say, absolutely amazing service. We had Geoff out many moons ago when Kelly’s was new to Mandurah. When I found out that my Mum had an issue with her hot water system, Kelly’s was my first call. Despite being fully booked and short staffed, within a matter of hours Zac came out, identified the issue, replaced the faulty part, and had the hot water back up and running. I was so impressed with the service I received that I had to leave a positive review. I called at 9.30am on a Monday, hoping to be able to get someone out to fix a leak at some time during the week. I was given 12-2pm that day and when I asked for a phone call 15 minutes prior to arriving to ensure I could leave work , that was no problem. I received a call at 12.55pm, raced home to find Zac waiting patiently. He identified the issue and fixed it within no time and I nearly fell over when he said the price, in a good way! I was expecting to need to donate a kidney to pay for the repair and it was actually as cheap as chips. Zac was lovely, gave some good advice for future and was on his way in a flash. It is becoming so rare to get good quality service at a reasonable price but I definitely received that. Thanks Kelly’s, I’ll be calling you first time every time now.

We had sold a rental property and 2 days from settlement I found the hot water system not working. Rang at lunchtime and Tim arrived earlier than I was told. He quickly diagnosed the issue which necessitated a replacement unit. Lisa in the office was able to rearrange Tim’s schedule to enable the install that afternoon. Kelly’s Plumbing are an outstanding, professional organisation. We just had a leaking pipe under our paved driveway. I dug up the sand and they were on site within an hour of making the call. I spoke to Lisa and she moved heaven and earth to accommodate us. Ian was the plumber on site, he was was quick, professional and polite. This is the second time Kelly’s Plumbing have reacted to urgent plumbing issues to our house and have provided a 100% solution that day both times. Considering this was an hour turn around from making the call, the price was more than reasonable, bordering cheap. I cannot recommend Kelly’s Plumbing enough.
